This week's tip addresses the correspondence between the internal nomenclatures used in Studio UG and Enhanced Production Scheduler v3 (EPS) and how both software interpret them.
Each activity is described by default through some parameters. In Studio UG, these parameters can be Design Type, Naming Convention, Design Definitions, among others. While in EPS these parameters can be ID, DES_TYPE, Name, DESIGNDF, Mined_Mass, Length etc. Although this nomenclature occasionally differs among these software, some of them correspond to the same property. In this way, these terminologies are related to the way that the software talks to each other.
